Thailand is a Buddhist culture. There are many Temples (Wat) located across the island. The world's largest gold-leafed Buddha is being built on the highest mountain behind our Thai-Boxing gym. Students often run up the mountain to the temple that sits below the statue.

Thailand is also home to many beautiful waterfalls and streams and rivers. ChongFa Waterfall is located in Kao Lak, Thailand. This is a series of seven waterfalls. There is a nice nature trail that climbs the side of the mountain to view each waterfall.

A statue of a Thai witch doctor (Madoo) sits beneath a large ficus tree. The superstitious Thai people believe ghosts like to stay near the ficus tree and its' long vines and limbs.

Wat Chalong is transformed into a exciting fair every year in late-January. Vendors from all over Thailand come to sell their wares. It is a taste of Thailand with all the regional restaurants, games, entertainment. It is a Thai Carnival.

Everywhere you go in Thailand, especially the bars on Soi Lion, there is a pretty smile.

Our training camp running program visits different beaches, temples, and mountains for morning runs. Here, at Nai Harn Beach, there is a pleasant 1.2 kilometer run (each way) in the soft sand.

Guests can stay in tropical bungalows in a coconut grove with wonderful landscaping with orchids, flowering vines, and tropical vegetation. Beautiful sunsets over Buddah Mountain as you sit on a large front porch or swing in a hammock.

Guest at our Phuket Muay Thai gym and training camp are often friends traveling together and training together. Here, a couple of friends from Greece trained at our camp for a month during the day and played in Kata, Karon, and Patong in the night enjoying Phuket's entertainment and nightlife.

Many of our guests are women wanting to rain Muay Thai, Kick boxing, or MMA. Lots of our female guests are from Europe, Australia, and U.S.

During the blessing ceremony of the Mongkong, fighters go visit the temple and speak prayers to protect them from injury and power for victory. Here TMT Phuket guest Henry Davis makes prayer at the Wat Chalong Buddhist Temple located very close to our Phuket Muay Thai training camp and gym.

Muay Thai fighters can start at an early age. Here a young Thai fighter does the first of perhaps more than 200 Ram Muay Wai Kroo in the ring.

Big Buddha rises over the beach like a quiet sentinel. Phuket and South Thailand have many wonderful beaches, viewpoints, and adventure tours that make Thailand a one-of-a-kind S.E. Asian destination.

James Bond island rises out of the Andaman Sea in Phang Nga province near Phuket, Thailand. There many private boat tours that will take guests on excursions to private beaches and temples.
