The Chalong market, just 200 meters from the camp has become the largest Thai-style market in Chalong. Open 3 evenings-per-week, there is a variety of foods, including fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as vendors selling a variety of Thai dishes, soups, rices, and bbq meats.
There is a small grocery store near the Chalong Circle, and there are several 7-11Mini-Marts and Quick stores on Chaofa Rd and Bypass Rd into Chalong and near the training camp.
Supermarkets: Tops, Big C, and Lotus are all modern supermarkets with anything you might need. All three are located on Bypass Rd. 5 km from camp.

There are several Pharmacies in the Chalong area with English signs and phamacists that speak English.They will have everything you need for sprains, sore muscles, ant-inflammatory, or medicine if you become sick.
Phuket has several modern hospitals, TMT reccommends Phuket International Hospital which has a english speaking staff and is the most modern and closest hospital to Tiger Muay Thai Training camp. (5km)
The Chalong Police Station is located just 4 km from the camp and has a friendly staff for assitance. There are certain police officials that speak English with the foreign tourists. The Phuket Tourist Police are also available and will come to the scene if you have an accident or need assistance.

There are many internet shops near the camp and in the Chalong area. Tiger Muay Thai has a free internet cafe for our guests to use internet and keep in touch with friends and family.
There are several shops near Chalong circle, including the "Kodak" Intenet and Photo Shop which carries everything you may need from film, to DV tapes, storage cards, and more.
Banks / Atms / Currency Exchange
Chalong has several banks which all have ATM services for foreign tourists. Most banks have currency exchange as well. Credit Card services such as advance cash services are available at exchange centers including Siam Commercial Bank near Chalong Circle.
